THANK YOU!

The support and knowledge that you have, has greatly helped me and healed me in my success.  I do things because you believe I can do them, so I believe I can.  It is amazing to me what having accountability to you has done for me.  You have kept me focused, committed, determined no matter what has gone on, whether health issues, stress issues or job issues.  You are a great sounding board.  I have become more confident!  I am so proud of the way I look and feel, how differently I see things and the healing that has taken place along the way.  Words will never explain how thankful I am to you.  With your help I have lost 58.6 pounds and and a total of 128.6 all together.  I gave up my huge t-shirts not knowing the powerful impact it was and did have on me.  The ackward uncomfortable period.  I was still wearing my 2x's when we started and you have whipped me into shape and a size small (4-6) I've never been here since high school.  Don't work Kevin any tears I shed now are tears of joy.
