"I had second thoughts about getting a Personal Trainer for a number of reasons.  First, I was self-conscious and did not know if I would be able to meet the physical demands a trainer would surely ask of me.  After all, I was 49 years old and had gained alot of weight.  Second, I needed to find a trainer who would be willing to work with me at 5:00 (that's AM!) Finally, I was looking for someone who would be a positive influence in my life; someone who believed in me and tailored our workouts to meet my specific needs.  I never thought I would find all of these things in one person.
